Why Sarcasm Doesn't Work For Friendly Introductions

This is a real convo that happened to me this morning:

Him: Hi, I'm Mike.
Me: I'm Anna.
Him: Camina?
Me: No, but that's my Spanish name.
Him: Really?
Me: No.

I've learned my lesson. Note to self: No more sarcasm til they get to know you.
